Olive Eggers

Olive Eggers are created by mixing different breeds to achieve olive-colored eggs. At Blue Hill Pastures, we blend Marans, Legbar, Ameraucana, and occasionally Welsummer to showcase a range of plumage and egg colors. While the primary aim is to produce olive eggs, some hens may also lay brown or various shades of green. We are in the initial phases of this project and hope you appreciate the diversity as much as we do!
